Maifeld

The region known as Maifeld is located between the rivers Rhine and Mosel. Its rolling hills and vast forests provide a landscape, which is able to transform its appearance rapidly with the typically abrupt changes in weather. The region is mainly used for agriculture and hunting, leaving the landscape flecked with farms and hunting-perches.
